V-ZAM
V-ZAM is a modern B2B (business-to-business) platform which facilitates electronic trading between the distributor and his business partners. It is not only a tool for carrying out purchases, but also a source of trade and business information. The main part of V-ZAM is a product catalogue, which includes price information, descriptions and technical parameters as well as information on availability of each particular product. The system allows to manage the sales process, includes the module of price negotiation, order history, financial data (incl. payment history and possibility to download invoice duplicates in a PDF format). V-ZAM makes it also possible to create RMA notifications, manage offers targeted at a final client and independently administer access accounts. Presently, the system is used by 10 200 users from 6 400 companies.
Call Centre
The call service centre (012 25 25 666) allows to consult a Veracomp technical engineer before purchase is done, in the course of project preparations. It is necessary to have a unique identifier, which one can create on one’s own via Helpdesk system or obtain from a Veracomp trade representative.
Helpdesk
The Internet technical assistance system – Helpdesk, which offers technical assistance for products already purchased at Veracomp, is a part of the B2B V-ZAM system and is placed at http://helpdesk.veracomp.pl web page. It offers on-line dialogue with technical support engineers.
Infrastructure
Veracomp makes use of advanced IT solutions, which include among others:
- ERP system (IFS Applications)
- on-line system of trading via Internet (V-ZAM)
- specialist technical assistance systems (Helpdesk, RMA)
- CRM author’s system and Intranet
- IP telephony
- VPN remote access.
These systems allow for faster communication, access to mobile Veracomp consultants and additional savings for partners resulting from the possibility to make phone calls via IP protocol.
